Today, I called NDTCO to initiate a transaction. Client Services representative Kris Sharp was so kind and incredibly helpful. Other than the initial account setup some years ago, I hadn't done any other transactions with this account. She guided me through the process and was right there with me, answering my questions along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.
