Ayurved Sadhana

Ive been on a protocol for the last 19 days per Dr. Vaidya. I started my menstrual cycle yesterday and I have zero cramps!!! Im amazed because for years I had to take advil for the excruciating pain for 2-3 days. This is the first time ever that I havent had to take Advil for cramp pain! INCREDIBLE!! Thank you Dr. Vaidya!

I am honored to be a student of Dr. Vaidya at Ayurved Sadhana. He is from a lineage of Ayurvedic doctors, the expertise he has gained first hand from family members, as well as knowledge from long-ago ancestors preserved in the Vedic texts, he is now passing on to his students. For me, this has instilled an immense feeling of gratitude to learn the wisdom of our ancestors in order to help myself, my family, my friends and my clients. Under Dr. Vaidyas wing, I have seen many lives transformed by the treatment plans he prescribes. It is quite incredible to see firsthand how simple changes in diet along with specific herbs can so drastically improve ones conditions. Ayurved Sadhana is focused on ensuring all students have thorough knowledge of foods, plants and herbs, energetic and psychological forces, and how all of these factors interact and correlate with the individuals health. There are several instructors that engage various aspects of Vedic Science, some of which are Vedic astrology, mantra and chanting, Sanskrit, and western terminology. The addition of these courses really rounds out the entire education and adds so much to the understanding of the practice as a whole. The effort that is put into ensuring a quality education and training Im sure cannot be surpassed. The entire Ayurved Sadhana community has been such a wonderful influence in my life. The teachers, the administration, and the students are very close knit - to be a part of this school is to also be a part of our Ayurved family. This is an authentic, challenging, and genuine education that I am proud to be a student of. Thank you Ayurved Sadhana!!

I attended Manas Shastra course with Dr. Bharat Vaidya. One of the most teachers I have met who is not only well read and experienced, he creates magic in his classes by insights and wisdom. Grateful to have attended the sessions with him as teacher. Ancient knowledge with modern research and interactive classes.

Studying under Dr.Bharat Vaidya has been an absolute pleasure! He shares treasured information directly from his Ayurvedic lineage which has seemingly been lost in time. The depth of Ayurvedic philosophy taught at Ayurved Sadhana is both profound and mind blowing. I have studied under both the Ayurvedic Doula Program and Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner Program. Both programs provide desperately needed information to treat the various ailments occurring during all phases of this modern life we're living. By receiving this knowledge, I have been able to support and heal myself, client's, friends, and family members. Some of my favorite classes provided by Ayurved Sadhana include; Agada Tantra, Rasa Shastra, Manas Shastra, Aushadh Kriya, and Madhav Nidan! Ayurved Sadhana also provides detailed cooking courses which are creative and delicious. Medicinal formulas and recipes are continually provided by Dr. Vaidya and his wife, Anupama Vaidya to keep you filled with resources to utilize in your personal Ayurvedic Practice. The school also offers other courses rooted in the Vedic Sciences such as Jyotish, Sanskrit, Mantra, and more which assists students in receiving an integrated and embodied education.
