River Walk Florist - Louisville Flower Delivery

Terrible experience and service. Do NOT order flowers from here. I ordered flowers 2 days prior to be delivered to a friend on her birthday. The flowers were never delivered. When someone finally called me back the next day. They told me they could either deliver the flowers or refund me. I let them know I would like both. The manager said they were not going to deliver flowers for free. Then she called me back and said she was refunding me. I asked if I could still have flowers delivered and asked why they werent delivered in the first place. The manager let me know she couldnt deliver them at all and that she had no idea why they didnt get delivered and couldnt get a hold of her driver. This is the worst experience and handled very poorly. The manager has no idea what is going on in her business.

If you need flowers for ANY occasion in the Louisville/Boulder area, River Walk is THE flower shop to go to. Professional, fast, friendly service by the NICEST florist on the planet! Sadie, the owner, is a true angel on earth. She has taken care of my family's floral needs for the past 8 years, with not a single issue. I won't even consider going anywhere else. Please give her a try. I promise you will be pleased.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. First off, I rarely write reviews unless a business really goes out of their way to provide great customer service, or they are so bad other people should be aware. I love supporting local businesses but this place should be avoided. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mom and it was never delivered. I called the business phone number to see what happened to the delivery and the owner was beyond rude on the phone. Secondly she gathers my order number and pretends like she has some weird third party company ripping people off on her website and I need to dispute the charge. This made zero sense... like she has some secret website that people are supposed to be ordering from and not the one that is clearly attached to this business all over google. I have never been treated like this from a business like a floral shop that is supposed to put smiles on people faces. A smile is the last thing my mom or I had on our faces. Instead of just admitting to failing to receive and deliver the order the owner chose to lie and cause a big headache with my credit card company. The reviews for this company speak for themselves. The owner will respond with "You were never a customer" I very much was and this place needs a good lesson on customer service and professionalism. Thank you for turning a birthday surprise into a nightmare. Next time I will order with Lafayette Florist for my needs in the Louisville area.
