Joe Volin is a true professional, with his clients' interests guiding the work that he does. I consulted with Joe, not knowing what my estate planning should look like and he took me through the process, step by step. One of my concerns was providing for my daughter, who is multiply disabled - I wanted to include her but didn't want her to lose the support that she gets from the State and Federal Government. Joe was sensitive to my concerns and we ended up with a Special Needs Trust as part of a larger trust and will. Joe is very responsive. I actually couldn't believe it when I called his phone number and he answered! That was just the beginning. He spent hours on the phone with me and in between we communicated via email. He was patient with my questions, even when I wasn't sure what they were! I am very grateful for his services, which I felt were reasonable.
