Awful tire shop. Predatory sales pressure for women under the guise of safety. Don't believe a word they say. Get a second opinion or go anywhere else. Seriously avoid at all costs.

I cannot compliment this place enough, I understand that every Big O Tires is a little different, but this is a five-star location. They are quick, do not price gouge, and seem authentically happy to help.

I was a customer of this branch with three cars for many years. Recently, pricing and customer service policies seem to have deteriorated. I'm not a customer looking for the last cent, but when the price is up to 20% above the market, I question the competitiveness? Also informing them about the market price was simply ignored. Then lately, I received a quote for a simple wheel balancing job. When I picked up my wheels, I was charged 30% more than quoted. The job was pretty straight forward with no additional complications to justify a higher price than quoted. When I reminded them of the quote, they pointed out that it was simply false and that there was no credit for making the original offer. So much for their customer service policies. It's sad to see this development, but I don't think this branch is price or customer oriented. This branch neither wants to earn business nor respects its own offers - sad about this development - I switched to the competition with my three cars.
