Had new doors put in & have had nothing but problems with their customer service. My wife is handicapped & they sold me a door she can not access safely. I have got nothing but runaround trying to deal with these people. As far as I'm concerned, I had a shister sales rep, who got his commission & hit the road. Only decent employee who has tried to do something about situation is Scott Wetsch. Will be talking to BBB here about what can be done to alleviate this situation. All I can say is senior citizens beware!

Shawn Watters was excellent, giving budget friendly suggestions, yet still aesthetically pleasing on a fairly large project, 1970 original windows. I am looking forward to the installation. *Just had 13 windows installed and wow, it looks outstanding, a whole new house. We live on a busy street and the new windows (replacing 1972 vinyl windows) cut almost all the noise. Brylle, Anthony and Hector did the installation, two full days, and did an outstanding job and left the place spotless. I'm going to have to get used to a winter without ice on the inside of the windows and icy drafts-we can already feel the heat/energy efficiency. I highly recommend the black on the outside and inside option-modernized a 1970 ranch.

I'd like to share that receiving a leaflet with my name at my address (you got it from somewhere, right? I did not give you permission to contact me) with drawings that look like someone came and scouted my house, violating my privacy in my home is a terrible business practice. Hence 1 star.
