They simply do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes they have made. Not only do they handle themselves unprofessionally, they have the audacious behavior of a small child. It is no surprise, due to the fact that if you live here, you must use them for essentials like water and power. Since they know that, they behave as if they are not responsible for mistakes they make.

Worst utility billing ever. Super insecure website that is full of exploits that can be used to compromise billing data. Website is at least 10 years behind industry best practices.

Our apartment complex, being just as irresponsible as Longmont Utility Billing, did not effectively shut off a bill that was for dates which were past our lease end date. I called Longmont Utility Billing and have since spent my precious time calling the apartment complex (Advenir at Wildwood - this is your warning to not move there) attempting to get them to communicate with Longmont Utility Billing. Crickets. You would think either would attempt to care for the city's residents in these tough economic times - but they simply prove the point of irresponsibility further.

I sold my condo in Longmont in 2012. I was surprised to see they use the exact same bill pay system they had clear back then. I have to wonder about how secure it is.
