        I was charged $3583 for a MSLT (despite matching none of the symptoms of narcolepsy but being convinced by my doctor into getting one) just for them to tell me my sleep pattern was normal. They are also completely unreachable. Ive constantly been trying to call them for the last 2 weeks and my call keeps going straight to voicemail and they also have not called me back despite the many voicemails Ive left asking them to.

        Somehow I was charged $850 for a sleep test. I could buy the machine for around $3000. I ought to buy a couple of machines and set up a booth just outside of the hospital and even if I reduce the price in half I would make BANK! This is ridiculous. Looks like they are trying to rip you off.

        UCHealth Longmont charges $755 to rent their equipment and read the result. This sleep study is simply an in-home completed test and the only time your at the hospital is to pickup and drop-off the equipment. They bill your copay for the visit and send the $755 charge to the deductible. I strongly encourage anyone to avoid UCHealth Sleep Lab and recommend a specialized, independent clinic that doesnt bill towards outpatient hospital care.
