Noah is by far the best real estate agent we have ever met! With him as our agent for selling our house it took us about 1 week (!) to get under contract which is pretty awesome. He is absolutely reliable, has a nice approach, great ideas and a contagious enthusiasm doing his job and the best: he's a good person and nice friend too. I found Noah just through a Google search but I enjoyed him greatly. He's knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about his clients, you can really tell he enjoys what he does. I've stepped away from home buying but when I'm ready to continue my search I will definitely be working closely with Noah when I do.

We had the extreme pleasure of listing our house with Noah. He is an excellent agent! He listed our place in June and we had an offer within a day above the asking price! We were working on selling our home and hadn't had any offers for 2 months. We had reached out to Noah as a friend and coach for sound advice about the home buying process. He was prompt in answers all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and had recommended solutions to increase our chances of selling the home and was willing to coach us through the extra month it took to actually sell the home. We were pleasantly surprised about him staying in touch even up until our closing date. We would recommend for anyone selling a home in Colorado to work with Noah!

Can't write enough positive things about Noah. From the very start, without ever meeting us, he took a long drive up a canyon to show us a home on a Saturday. Two days later he did it again, at another home nearby. He took a chance on us, and we are so grateful. Every single element of the process was handled with a degree of expertise, diligence and professionalism that you see in the kind of people who combine natural talent and extremely hard work to be successful. At every single turn of the process, his guidance turned out to be the right call. We hope to bring him more business in the future. You cannot possibly go wrong with Noah.
