Tammy was awesome! She answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable, she even turned her heater on for me as I was cold while I waited for my friend to finish her treatment. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back again!! Service: CoolSculpting treatments

If I could give a 0 star I would. Beware of this place, they will make you sign a waiver so they can take your money without providing services. I went in for a promotional they had advertised on Facebook for $199 (see attached photo) for 3 different things they offered. I get there and Ashley, one of the owners, handed me a waiver first thing when I sat down, and went on about I could do the 3 things they offered on the promotion for 15 minutes each, or I can do the cryoskin fat reduction only for 30 minutes, which is really what I wanted. After my 30 minutes of my cryoskin fat reduction, which she said that I somehow lost an inch from my waist already without showing me any proof other than her word, because when she measured my waist, she didn't really show me the measuring tape and what it showed, like she was being sneaky about it. She then sat me down and went on about signing up for future sessions for the same thing that I was really there for because of the promotion. She told me what each session was and how much, without a single form showing the price or the sessions they offered, she did it all verbally. I then asked her if you pay after each session, she said no you pay for it up front. I've never heard that before, but me being excited about my 1 inch I just lost, I said why not. I told her to sign me up for the 6 sessions they offered and she scheduled me an appointment, which wasn't a part of the promotion I really went in for. Now I read the waiver, and saw where it says no refunds. Now, in any sense no refunds means you get the service and you pay for it, and you can't ask for a refund for a service that's been provided, whether you like the service or not. It's like any services such as cosmetics, hair, nails, makeup. They provide the service and you pay afterwards. It's also like going to the hospital. They don't tell that you have to pay before they provide you care. They bill you afterwards. Apparently this business is none like no other. They will make you pay up front, and if you decide to cancel, they get to keep your money and they will text you the waiver, yes text, not email, that shows that you signed and understood that there are no refunds. A family emergency happened and I needed to cancel the sessions, which by the way, had not even started. The promotion session i went into the first time was not a part the sessions I signed up for. I canceled before the appointment date, therefore, there was no service provided and I should've gotten my money back. I called and emailed the other owner, Tammy, to let her know about my situation and the strange thing was she never responded, even though she emailed me about my appointment when I signed up for the promotion. I even texted Ashley who gave me her phone number, and she didn't respond until 5 days later saying no refunds. I went in for a $199 promotion and ended up getting charged $2000 for services I never started or received. There was nothing on the promotion that stated that it was a part of a series of sessions, so be careful with this place. They conned me pretty good.
