      • The Oolong Drunk

        I had a negative experience at registration, and when I try to complain to the lady at the front desk of the laboratory, she told me it was not her problem, and I should call a 1800 number to complain I spent an hour at UCHealth, and never got my bloodwork done. I took my work order and went to a different health provider and got it done somewhere else in less than 10 minutes. If you need bloodwork done, dont go to this particular location at UCHealth. Theyre rude and unprofessional.
