        I needed to take a month long break from my treatments. I was nervous to be "on my own" as far my diet. I've been pleasantly surprised by what I have learned about my self-control.         Im a masters track and field athlete and truly believe in nutrition and supplementation. I had the NAD infusion a week before the world masters championships. I was able to perform at a very high level. I would highly recommend anyone to visit nurse Hopi or Dr. Hall for various anti aging treatments.
