WOW! What a horrible experience. This review is written based on total truth! I set an appointment with Dr. Freeze to do a telehealth one day before my appointment I was called and told he had something had come up, and had to reschedule, And Id have to reschedule a month and a half later. Or I was offered an appointment with an NP, I proceeded to set that appointment. And the day before that, I was told that she could not do a telehealth with me, which Ive been told twice that was OK. Ive had Crohns disease for 35 years. The lady that called me was about as empathetic as someone who works at a slaughterhouse, it was a person named Alma. Should do ANYTHING but work with the public! Especially healthcare, I dont think she realizes gastroenterologist deal with people that can be very sick and its a life-threatening disease were not talking about carpet cleaning here. Extremely rude had no empathy. I think a job as an executioner with more befit her personality. Cold and uncaring. They were the ones that changed my appointment parameters and dates, but she was definitely clear that I refused an appointment. Id be glad to take a lie detector test to prove the validity of this review! After the fact I read multiple reviews where people posted the exact same experience I had. I mean identical, so believe EVERY negative post. I think its great they do evidently get family members to post positive reviews or pay someone,so they have a couple that are fabricated. I did get a call from Bailey after the fact, and she was niceand apologized for my experience. If youre ignorant enough to use this organization, then youll get what you deserve. I would run not walk from these people. Lastly, after every negative comment the owner responds sorry about your experience. Youre not that sorry or youd do something about your staff. So you as the owner dont need to waste time with a fake apology. Have a great day! Mine is getting better already.
