Im not trying to sound dramatic but my experience was truly life changing. I have had chronic inflammation for many years and was even diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I went to Lara to have a Manual Lymph Drainage massage a week ago and it changed my life. You can actually see visible changes to my body. My spin moves in ways it hasnt for many years. I will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Laura. Shes intelligent, intuitive, experienced in multiple techniques, mature and professional yet always warm and easy to communicate with. And she has genuine commitment to restoring vitality of mind-body-spirit. No two sessions have ever been the same - sometimes its deep tissue, other times energy work (Reiki, etc). Her space is clean, calm, very comfortable. And her location is easily accessed with lots of nearby parking. Ive worked with her on and off since 2018 and whatever the problem has been, shes fixed it.

Lara is an amazing practitioner! Every time I have a session, she finds things that I wasn't even aware of. I leave relaxed, refreshed and happy that I'm doing something good for myself. Her space is cozy, clean and welcoming. Whenever someone asks if I can recommend a good massage therapist, I can't say enough good things about Lara.
