Charuta is an amazing healer and coach. I am an acupuncturist, I'm particular to who I see for healing work and I know an authentic healer when I meet one. I was skeptical about going to a life coach at first, but I felt like I made the progress I've made in 10 therapy sessions in just 2 sessions with Charuta. She completely changed my perspective. She also has had years of extensive training in her work which really shows. She is very compassionate and kind. Chrut AhMaiua was wonderful to work with! I was hesitant at first as I've done the "typical" coaching sessions before but once I started the sessions with Charuta I realized this was much different. Her reflective questioning technique really got to the root of my issues whether I wanted to realize it or not ;). It was amazing to discover I've been stuck in past behavior and thought patterns for most of my life. Now I have the insight to help me be proactive whenever I sense a road block on the horizon instead of resorting to my old cycles of thinking and behaving.
