We used Oriole Home & Design to finish our basement and had an excellent experience working with them. Dana and Rick were very responsive, guided us through the whole process, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We had a wonderful experience with Oriole. We had our basement remodeled and we are very happy with the result. The team was respectful, efficient and professional. There was a lot of different crews (electrical, drywall, etc ) and everyone was great. We had this completed during COVID and a time where shipping times are delayed but communication was great and we were always in the loop. We love our new basement. Thank you, Oriole! We worked with the designer, Dana, to get help with many selections during our home building process, as well as help with decorating after we moved in. She is fantastic! She helped us avoid making very costly mistakes and offered opinions and advice in a kind way that wasnt at all offensive to our tastes. And she was right every time! I cant imagine how the house wouldve turned out without her or how much extra money we wouldve spent changing out things that didnt work with our design. She really knows how to pull together all the elements in a room and pays attention to things like style, scale, and functionality. She knows all the different design styles and doesnt push her personal preferences, but helps you get the look YOU want. I would highly recommend her for help with any home design project!!! We had Oriole come and give us a quote for our master bathroom remodel and kitchen upgrade. Dana and Rick were very professional and really helped us get started with our ideas and plans as we have never remodeled before! Dana's communication was awesome and she and I had numerous conversations bouncing ideas around. As our project evolved, Dana came back out to look at the space again so she could modify the estimate and help us get closer to our budget. We decided to not go forward with our remodel project at this time as everyone and their brother (so it seems) are upgrading and doing projects and materials are in high demand and more pricey than we anticipated. The ideas we have may be more 'do-able' for us in the future and therefore we are going to postpone. When the time is right, we will definitely reach back out to Oriole Home & Design to quote our project again!

We worked with Oriole Home & Design to completely remodel our guest bathroom. Their work is absolutely top notch and well worth a little extra wait time (who's ever had a home improvement project finish on time anyways???). We're first time house owners, and this was our first real project, and Rick, Dana, and the whole team worked with us so closely and really helped us navigate all the things we didn't know and weren't prepared for. They're so responsive and hands on, we really appreciated the extra effort. Dana's design help was tremendous and she has such an incredible eye! Rick has an amazing capacity to look at a space and envision its possibilities, and we really liked that he was straight with us about what would and wouldn't work in our space. The result is a fabulous bathroom sanctuary my husband and I are thrilled to use while we think about how to remodel our master! We'll definitely be working with Oriole again for our master bathroom, and probably for things like a basement finish in the future!!!
