Long's Insurance

Called to get a quote for Business Insurance. Never heard back from the agent Silvia. Called 12-15 times to speak with her and got told she was unavailable every time. Poor customer Service and very unprofessional. If she couldn't help us, she should have gotten that message across, instead she just dodged all my calls. Very unprofessional. Not very happy with this company or the staff.

Under the new ownership have had nothing but issues. Took me three days and over 9 phone calls to simply switch an address on my renters insurance. Three of those phone calls were just trying to get proof of insurance to give to the complex.

I have sent clients that State Farm could not write to Long's Insurance for years because we have never had any complaints & know that he has the customers best interest at heart. He is very active in the community as well as fund raisers. Very pleased with Jim, his wife Cheri & staff member's hard work & GREAT customer service as well as their friendliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Over the many years I have had Jim covering my furniture manufacturing business, I have been pleasantly surprised each time Jim calls and suggests an upgrade benefit and lower cost from his yearly evaluation of my accounts. The worst communication I've ever experienced. No call backs, no emails, nothing. I could not get anyone to call me back or email after multiple agreements to do so. I had to instigate contact every time. I called them over 15 times over the course of 2 months and received ONE call back early on. After that I would call to check in, they were confused why it was a problem that they had not contacted me regarding status and told me they were waiting on an underwriter or getting more bids or something. Our calls were often weeks apart. Very, very bizarre. I can understand one period of radio silence, but multiple instances after making it clear I expected a follow-up is truly strange. I wrote the above paragraph weeks ago. Still to this day, no word back from them via email or phone. I'm utterly perplexed.
