Holiday Inn Express & Suites Longmont - Boulder Area, an IHG Hotel

We have had the pleasure of staying here on numerous occasions; dating back 16 years ago when we celebrated my son's 1st birthday poolside. We only live a couple miles away but when home renovations or mother nature says otherwise, we without hesitation choose this hotel. Shannon has been extremely accommodating to my family's needs, above and beyond when plans have shifted slightly and overall super personable to interact with. Had a good experience. First room was overlooking the pool, which we thought would be good but the noise ended up keeping our 2 y/o awake later at night. Connor was very understanding and switched our rooms without a charge or argument or anything, which is super helpful when a long day of traveling with a toddler has you worn out. Connor deserves some recognition for good customer service and helping us when we were frazzled. I'll definitely stay here again on my subsequent visits.

My partner, and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn and suites in Longmont. Shannon and Maria were very sweet and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are nicely designed. The lobby area is very spacious. You feel like youre staying in a luxury hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The morning of my reservation the hotel canceled my reservation of three rooms, I had 11 family members coming to spend the weekend together...their excuse was the hotel was sold out and overbooked they tried to run my card and it declined so they canceled all my rooms, mind you this was at 9am and check in wasn't until 3pm, I discovered this at 2:30 pm as I was pulling up directions and discovered my reservation missing from my IHG app, so i pulled up my emails for my confirmation and discovered a cancelation email...when I called they said they tried to call me because my card didn't process, out right lie as my phone records show know said call, and I explained my card on file had to be replaced because of a fraudulent transaction and I had the new one but they said nothing they could do its policy to run the card on file, lie number 2 because I've changed cards in the past upon arrival and everyone else would have used their own cards as well upon checking in...they said this policy is on the app and website, lie number 3....called the 1-800 number to air my grievances and was told an email was sent to the GM (Friday afternoon) and I would hear from her within 24 hours, not one word from the hotel to apologize or even attempt to make things right!!! Highly do not recommend this particular hotel to anyone!!!
