I should have come here and read the reviews before purchasing a product from this company. Seems to be standard practice for Ira Faberman (president of the company) and Iftron to ignore their customers once they get your money and need customer support. I've had issues with my CV2.0 receiver since the day it arrived (which took a long time to process the order and had to follow up a lot to get it going) and the company is not responding and standing behind their premium product. Avoid doing business here unless you're willing to have a bad time if your product is defective or you need any kind of customer support.

I ordered their CLEARVIEW 3.0 PRO receiver and it's been a whole month and I still don't have any information about the shipment, most likely it still hasn't been shipped to me, the money is spent and the product is not there, they don't respond to messages, I wrote to them everywhere I can and it`s no reaction. This is just terrible service. Give me my money back!

Shady business. The owner sounded very shady and unprofessional on the phone.

The service from this company is beyond reprehensible. I placed an order for their XLR 1.3 Ghz receiver, and a month went by, and they did not even process the order. I then contacted them through their support email address, and I got an apologetic response from the president of the company itself. He said he would get on it right away, and would send me a tracking number. A week passed, and I still did not get any tracking number. I emailed them again, and now they are not responding to my emails. I thought this was a reputable company in the FPV community, given the great reviews of their products. But, in 2022, they are not living up to this reputation. I really hope this gets resolved soon.
