I drive 1 hour to work everyday. And 99% of it is perfectly normal. Until you get within 5 miles of this facility. Every person that attempts to run you off the road or that you see doing 40 through a school zone always seems to just coincidentally pull into their parking lot. They seem like great people.

I worked for this company for 2 years & 10 months & left because of these reasons. 1.) #ITAR there is none!! On 3/16/2023 #CindyJayne took pictures of #AllCustomerProducts on the production floor because #CindyJayne was trying to get another employee fired, the VP/CEO #JonGood & GM #BillPol, Supervisor #MaxineVerbit & Supervisor #EarleneTurnly all knew about it & decided to sweep it under the rug!! #CindyJayne is still there & received 2 raises since then. 2.) From the top down none of them follow their Oun processes!! Including the SMT Lead #TimGorman. 3.) #BillPol doesn't believe in "Training People" before putting them on a machine to operate. 4.) HR California is shady as all get out!! Last year Colorado gave everyone time for Cov-19 & no one knew about it except #CindyJayne & #BillPol. #BillPol helped #CindyJayne fill her paperwork out. No Memo was sent out to anyone. 5.) HR Longmont is shady also; they are signing people up for 401K's without their knowledge, and Lana told them they can do that!! That's a #FederalOffence if someone forges your name. It wasn't until that person told them they were going to get their Lawyer involved HR California decided to give them back all their money. 6.) They don't follow any of their Quality Policy's, much less any of their Policies for that matter. 7.) Letting people have their cell phone at their stations so they can watch TV, Music Videos, Movies, Johnny Depp Trial or Cambodian TV, whatever else their heart desires such as Bonnie Seing, Heap, Ny & Sokha all while working on a unit or PCB right next to their phone., 8.) #CindyJayne & her boyfriend #TimGorman touching one another inappropriately #BillPol knew about it & swept that under the rug too. 9.) #JonGood's favorite pet is Bonnie Seing & Bonnie will tell you so, she will also tell you "She can get you FIRED"!! No Supervisor can tell her anything or she'll go running to "JonGood & that Supervisor will get reprimanded instead, that's what happened to 1 of the supervisor's that used to work there. 10.) I've witnessed on several occasions #ShellPol #BillPol's mother takes anywhere from 5 to 8 pain pills in 1 swallow for pain. #ShellyPol was so high she ended up burning her hand on the solder pot after taking the pills, she went to urgent care and nothing was done to her because she had a prescription. That's not just for pain, that's straight up ADDITCTION. 11.) #BillPol hired #CindyJayne back on after 10 years even though #CindyJayne threatened someone's life & acted on it in the breakroom, then attacked her once again when the shift was over outside in the parking lot. #BillPol didn't bother to make sure #CindyJayne left the parking lot. 12.) 5 women at the plant put sexual harassment charges against #BillPol & #HRCalifornia didn't do anything about it, now all 5 women have left. I have emails to prove all of it!!
