Front office staff was very nice and helpful. However, the ultrasound tech and doctor were not helpful. Pushing for extra services. I could not afford extra imaging. Felt ultrasound was not thorough, due to declining the extra imaging, Questions were not answered. Waste of $200. Do not recommend.

Hopefully this is the womens imaging on Tulip. Rebecca and Dr Gutierrez were awesome!!!! I feel the front desk lady standing in front has a resting jerk face! I have never but one time seen her smile! I came into the facility already anxious and nervous. I asked for a work note in which I was actually seen today, but came Friday and spent about a good hour but with issues had to be rescheduled. I asked for the two days and she was so empathetic. Very Disappointing when youre in healthcare! Smile be kind you have no idea how mentally exhausting it is to have to be here as it is!!!

My wife had 2 MRIs done at Health Images at Longmont and it went very well. We both highly recommend Health Images at Longmont.

When I arrived for my visit, the girl at the front desk provided me with an estimate of the bill. She then asked if I wanted to pay some of that now. I said "No, thank you" (I pay medical bills with my HSA but needed to load money onto it - not that it's any of her business). She actually sneered at me which was so shocking and I replied, "Is it required that I pay some now?" She said, "We'd really appreciate it". I told her I would pay after my insurance processed the bill. Her entire attitude changed when I refused. What's the problem? I had no co-pay, co-insurance or deductible due. If you want patients to pay at the time of service, make it a requirement. Otherwise, be kind. Most patients would prefer to receive a bill and pay the balance after health insurance has paid/adjusted appropriately. I had to return to the clinic a week later for additional images that should have been completed during my first visit. I would have been upset if I had already paid for a service that wasn't done properly. The tech was amazing, but I won't be returning.
