Super kind and calm office. All the staff were extremely nice and professional and my cleaning was quick and efficient. The doctor was transparent and not pushy. Definitely recommend this office. They even have a super cute therapy dog if you are nervous! Definitely see my specific hygienist Jolena as she was gentle and thorough.

Dr. Hedrick and Jolene the Hygienist are BRILLIANT! In fact everyone involved in this practice from the moment you walk in are ready to partner with you to improve your dental health. My teeth were a mess before I came to this practice. Now they are healthy. Everyone in the practice understands patients who have dental trauma from bad childhood experiences. They can deal with terrified people. This is NOT your old-fashioned dentist!! AND they have a therapy dog, who will sit on your lap throughout a difficult procedure. I would recommend Dr. Hedrick and her practice to ANYONE!!!

Since switching to the Longmont Dental Loft over a year ago, Im excited to visit the dentist (and the support puppy!) each time I go. I recommend this place to all of my coworkers. Have had two crowns here and the experience was relaxing and the same day turn around for a crown is so convenient. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and seems to remember you from one visit to the next. Love this place!

I am in Boulder only a few days visiting when a crown fell out. Dr. hedrick was able to fit me in and quickly recement the crown. Cant thank her enough for enabling me to fully enjoy my visit! Highly recommend!

I was a patient of Dr. Hedrick's for 2 years until a recent 6 month checkup, not sure what changed her or her staff but they used to be really nice. I was denied a cleaning and polishing during the checkup following X-rays and a quick exam. The reason, I opted not to undergo 2 future visits ($1,100.00 total in copays) for gingivitis laser treatments before they would clean my teeth. I explained that I have other large medical copays for various diseases (glaucoma for starters) and would gladly work out a plan/compromise for future laser treatments provided Dr Hedrick could proceed with a cleaning and polishing first. She refused my request and a 2nd time after I called later for a simple cleaning that would get me through the next 6 months till I can find another dentist, fyi not my choice to leave by the way. Would've never expected this from them, unprofessional and bordering on unethical medical treatment. Disappointed I had to leave without that 6 month fresh start too. Make sure your insurance provider is on her approved list (mine isnt) before considering an appointment or you may be on the hook to pay a ransom for her new laser toy too.
