They tried to double charge my card on file. Called the billing department 4 days in a row trying to resolve the issue. They refuse to let me speak with a manager and clearly cant make sense of their own billing statements. Trying to take advantage of peoples weakened mental state. They lost my business.

I have had the incredible privilege of working with Shannon for the past 2 years. She has a kind and empathic manner that makes you feel comfortable, seen and accepted. Not only is she the righteous champion and advocate of who I want to be, but she's a stalwart guide when I'm struggling with difficult things. My life is so much better from working with Shannon, and I couldn't be more grateful!
