        Placed an order on July 24th for a roof rack to put on my Jeep Wrangler. Everything said in stock online, I had been waiting for it to be back in stock for two months, it finally was so I placed the order. Well its now mid September and I still dont have the feet for the crossbars. AKA its about to be winter in Colorado and I still dont have the complete set I ordered and have no way to mount to my vehicle. I would have waited till the spring of 2021 had I known I would not be able to utilize it until then. Super disappointing. Called several times and was assured it would ship. First time they said August 24, next time they said would ship September 2nd. Just sad.
