I've been trying to get a building planned out with this company for 8 months and can't get any body to respond back. When I call I'm transfered out of state and when I stop by nobody can give me any info.

We are so thrilled with our shop - the craftsmanship and products used were exactly what we'd hoped for. Getting there was more difficult, but not really in a negative way; meaning, the company SSA uses for financing was great to work with, super responsive, and we had no issues receiving financing, once everything was approved - which took far longer than we were hoping for. The permitting process in my county took literal months - there were zoning issues and design issues which caused the permit to be sent back, several times - we spent the entire summer trying to get this permit though; Jessica finally had to physically go to the permitting office to get answers (that's the kind of service I appreciate and LOVE). After about 12 weeks the permit was approved and issued. It took from end of August to beginning of November to get a crew on site, and we were pushing it to get concrete poured with temps dropping. The shop took about a week total time (which was the estimated build time) and as previously stated, we are so happy with it. From start to finish, it was about 6mo to get the shop built so, if you have a time frame, PLEASE be mindful and get all your information in, financing set, etc. at the beginning of the summer at the very latest. Again, NOT SSA's fault for the permitting, but the crew assignment did take far longer than I'd hoped for, but everything worked out! Would use SSA again and would and have suggested to others.

I purchased a 100 X 120 indoor riding arena and 30 X 60 barn. They were super late with construction which caused our loan approval to lapse, did not communicate, and then placed a lean on our property before we could re-qualify for the loan. Now our entire roof leaks(which we told them the first year, but were told we were out of warranty), several areas came off from wind, the large pole beams are twisting, and they placed the wrong sized door. They were terrible to work with and would NEVER buy any products from them.

Doug, Billy, and Jessica are a great team providing exemplary customer service! My garage turned out exactly as I envisioned and we will enjoy it for many years to come.
