Awful experience! I asked her to file one paper that the Dept of Revenue asked for to correct her mistake. She refused and charged me for talking to her on the phone about her mistake. Horrible customer service!!

Terrible experience! Her assistant contacted me at 3:55pm on April 15th to let me know I needed to pay the amount owed to the IRS by end of business that day. (I was at a track meet in Denver) And also that Jenny would be filing an extension. I expressed that I was unhappy about the incredibly short notice and why would I need an extension, my taxes are not complicated and I submitted everything on time - I received a "sorry for the inconvenience". When she reached out and my taxes were finally complete in September, I again expressed I was unhappy, this time to Jenny, she completely ignored. I heard back from the State and was required to submit more information, holding my breath to see if Federal were done correctly. Very disappointed.
