The best carpet cleaner in Longmont! We have used this business multiple times and are never disappointed. I always recommend to friends and businesses. Especially when our next door neighbor's sprinkler system emptied into their basement! He was there in a flash and got the water out so fast - saved all their carpet. I first used this company several years ago, and my carpets came out looking brand new.  A perfect job (and, I have two dogs and a messy husband who all create a lot of stains)!  But, now I can't believe how I took that excellent work and service for granted.  John McLaughlin was responsive, professional, cared about doing excellent work, and was so thorough.  Well, I have another residence in another state, and I recently had to seek a new carpet cleaning service there.  No big deal, I thought.  But, the unreturned phone calls, being stood up by two different companies who each only called 24 hours later to whine about why they missed our appointments, shoddy work, and having to hire a company to redo what another company couldn't made me appreciate this gem of a company so much more.  I assumed everyone was as good at this job as John McLaughlin, but it's not true.  He is the best you will ever find and, as another reviewer said, he will make sure your carpets look as good as the day they were installed before he walks away.  I hired him again a few weeks ago, and he is as good as ever.  He makes the entire process easy, the way you want these things to be.  From promptly returning my phone call to arriving exactly at the appointed time to measuring the square footage and conveniently sending you an email with the info and link for electronic payment to then thoroughly vacuuming and then cleaning every square inch of your carpet, using a variety of different stain removers as needed for those gross or badly discolored stains, it was all perfection.  He is such a nice person, too!  Those same carpets all look brand new again and with no harsh chemical after-odor.  It just doesn't get any better than this.  Best residential service company ever.
