Honestly worst experience I have ever encountered. I paid almost $400 to have my hair Balayage with blonde. I have never ran into a problem like this before. I have always had blonde highlights, blonde ombre, blonde balayage, etc. The first time around the lady doing my hair decided when toning my hair to then tell me that my hormones after having a baby could affect how my hair takes the toner. The first red flag is that my new born was with me the entire time, so why wouldn't she share this prior to even proceeding with what I wanted. Literally made me feel like $$$ was the end game not customer satisfaction. I do understand that my reference picture could have taken a couple times to achieve, due to me not having my hair done so I got pregnant. But never have I ever left so upset, I had blonde pieces purple pieces and uneven pieces all around my head. My husband then called explaining how very upset I was and how I do not get my hair done very often. They then set an appointment for a correction not once offering to give me a refund for this appalling result. I went in with high hops that they could correct the mistake. This lady was very sweet, yet she then tried about 3 different toners on my head. Which no did not fix ANYTHING. I now have purple pieces, brassy pieces, even red pieces in my hair. I spent $400 on this to be no where near what I asked for and completely unsatisfied. Not once offering to refund me the money I spent yet again or a sincere apology for what they did to my hair. My hair has now never been so damaged and I am out $400 as a mother just trying to splurge on myself once every few months if I am lucky? Do not recommend this salon what so ever, and I have been going there for years for a Brazilian blowout. This place has really let me down as a loyal client over the years.

If you have curly hair, Craig is a MUST! Dont think about it, just book the appointment NOW! He was amazing. My curls have never looked better, not to mention how much time and effort he put in. I usually leave the salon with a blow out, he dry cut, then shampooed me into bliss, cut again, twisted each individual curl (and with the amount of hair I have, this is no small task) cut again, diffused, cut again. I left with the head of hair I have always dreamed of. When this man says he is the shag master he is not lying Craig truly is an artist!

Jess H. is fantastic! She gives a great shag haircut and my peek-a-boo blonde streak is gorgeous. She also cuts my adult sons' hair and does a great job.
