Wow! Im soooooo happy with my new bank Longmont Hover! Awesome service and my personal banker, Junior, hit the ball out of the park. Im earning lots of interest which I couldnt get from the big bank up the street to do anything for me after 17 years. They charged me for everything. Im so glad I made the move to leave. This bank is a nice, friendly community bank. I love it!!!

I would suggest this location put a little more emphasis on training some of their bankers in providing good customer serve as it relates to: 1) acknowledge all customers upon entry with a "hello" or "we will be with you shortly".  2) limit the amount of time spent on personal social "chitchat" between co-workers and/or other customers when there are other customers present. This past Thursday I waited in line while 2 of the three bank representatives hovered over one customer which seem to transform from a business interaction to a social conversation for at least 3 minutes and this was after the business portion concluded. I felt sorry for the one banker behind the counter who realized she couldn't help me because the "on duty" manager had the keys and was tied up in this social conversation. I felt in that moment that "all customers" are not treated equally. A little proper acknowledgement and respect speaks volumes as to the professional atmosphere of a business. Issac, one of the bank tellers was rather a bit dismissive of my presence. He may not have purposely meant to be, but he walked off as I was trying to speak to him.
