Not only did we try to assist you and your husband as best as we could while locating your key, we expedited the replacement at no cost to you or David. Not to mention the replacement key was in David’s possession around 10 am the following day. To be transparent, one of the main reasons for not offering a refund was due to the damage your husband caused to our front door. The damage is likely to cost thousands of dollars to be repaired or replaced. Again, I do apologize for the grave inconvenience and frustrations as we desperately tried to make our mistake right in your and David’s perspective.
