    I absolutely think this is a wonderful place. Everyone is so very courteous, kind, and professional . They have events, Ive never lived in such an amazing community . I feel lucky and grateful to be apart of this place I call home.

    Brendan did an awesome job taking care of a maintenance request. I was contacted quickly, and the work was completed on the same day the request was submitted. Brendan reached out to me, scheduled an appointment at my convenience, set accurate expectations for how the repair would take place, kept me informed during the appointment, and fulfilled all of the requested repairs in a timely manner.

    Issues thus far: -Cheap flooring that was poorly installed with permanent stains. -Cheap cabinetry that looks nice, but falls apart easily. -Noise from the upstairs & downstairs neighbors is really disruptive. (Thin walls & flooring.) -Lots of aggressive dogs with delinquent owners. -Dog poo littered all over the grounds. It's an obstacle course of poo dodging. -Constant smoking in a "non-smoking" community. -Office staff does "just enough" to not get in trouble with corporate. Don't expect any actual help, & if you actually do get help...there will be a cost attached! Avoid working with Heather if you can. She is absolutely dreadful. Simply put, they are lazy, uncaring, lack any empathy or effectiveness. Tenant happiness is the last thing on their minds. -Maintenance staff is the only redeeming quality. They are great and all deserve a raise. -Old & broken weight room machines. -The trash and recycling program is an absolute nightmare!! We aren't even allowed to take out our own recycling. There's a dumpster for it, but it's locked. So, if we need to recycle anything, we have to drive it to the dump where we are charged an additional fee. Ridiculous! -Don't buy 2-ply toilet paper while living here. Plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms is slow and constantly backing up. -The snow plows will most likely hit/destroy your car, at some point in the winter, no matter where you park. -Sidewalks are like an ice-skating rink in the winter as well. So scary walking around. -Convenient location besides the fact that the new giant Costco is now our neighbor. That's going to bring on all new issues once it opens. -Lastly, watch where you walk any time of day. Residents drive like maniacs around corners and throughout the lot at crazy speeds. -Potential renters beware...residents are offered incentives for posting positive reviews
