The entire staff here was very professional and from the front desk to the provider everyone seemed to know exactly what was going on. Easiest and most convenient appointment I've had in years. Thank you Dr. Kaufman and team!

Some of the worst customer service imagineable. Prescription refills "never" filled in a timely mannner. Wan't to talk to someone that actually works there? Well good luck, I don't think you need read between the lines of that last comment. I noticed the average review rating a dismal 2.8, I guess no one at this practice bothers to loo at that

Sad to read about negative experiences at this clinic. My experIence with Lisa Zwiers, NP for the last 10 years has been exemplary. I dont remember which urologist I saw initially years ago, but he was odd.

I was hoping it would be a better experience than most reviews said. It wasnt. I was left disappointed. The check in took forever because she was more interested in answering the phone than helping me. The doctor assumed I was just another old lady having bladder infections. He didnt even bother to check me out. I have RA. The inflammation can affect internal organs like the bladder. He didnt really address this. No exam. He did spend time making sure I understood my bladder infections were common as old shoes. Not sure how he knew since he didnt bother to examine me. Avoid TUCC. Its hard to find not worth the gasoline.
