        Professional over the phone, less so in person. I don't feel this UbreakIfix had the technician and parts required to fix my Pixel 7. Not stocked on parts, even when you call ahead to make sure they are able to do the repair. I came twice to this location only to be told that more parts were needed to be ordered each time and that a miscommunication occured between the technicians. I left to get my phone fixed elsewhere.

        My phone was blocked with Voice Activacin, and Talk Back. He fixed it in a jiffy, with a smile and empathy. Did not charge. Capable and quality person skills. I left in a great mood, after trying by myself to fix using youtube, Reddit, etc, on a Sunday!!
