Kevin K, the Sales Manager that runs the dealership is a terrific leader. He runs his business effectively by making customers feel that they have had the relationship for years and provides seamless, no friction experience end to end. He also quickly assesses the situation, mobilizes his team efficiently and his team seems to take his lead very well. You can see a great culture in the operations and you want to buy from them. The trust that he imparts on me as the first time customer is making me be a loyal customer. Joe Hachey, the Sales Consultant equally great, who helped us from getting the vehicle, walking us through the details plus going out of his way to ensure we felt that we made the right decision has been a great process. The team is solid including the Finance person Ali to round out just a great experience all together.

The dealership was great and super friendly. The process was easy and fast. I didn't have to wait forever and they didn't haggle with me or give me a bunch of extra fees. The only thing that makes me take a star away is that there's some issue with one of my car parts and they said I can come back to fix it and they would call me. It's been a couple of weeks and I haven't received a call back yet.

Horrible service top to bottom when dealing with this circus I've been lied to, laughed at, hung up on, and when they gave me my car back my key was broken. I was also told my car was going to put through their car wash. Wow! This service was aweful if I didn't have a warranty I wouldn't have went. I'm getting the work double checked because I don't trust this place. This reply is garbage I call the number I get the same person that gave me awful service. Why would I want to speak to him. This company is a joke and doesn't actually care. Full of clowns.
