I completed my Running Coach certification through UESCA last year. I have been in the fitness industry for 6+ years with multiple certifications and I truly believe UESCA has offered the best education possible for its coaches. I felt the education was applicable and prepared you for real world coaching. I also had the pleasure of attending the UESCA Ultrarunning Coaches Conference this year and WOW, what a conference. Again, UESCA presented some of the best coaches and educators in the industry to provide knowledge and current research that can be applied to ultra running and endurance sports. I am so thankful for this organization and its mission to provide coaches with a proper education.

This course is well done, and manages to be scientifically based and yet the material is presented in an approachable way. With a balance of facts with practical tips, this course avoids a lot of the extremes seen in most discussions on nutrition.
