Surge One PC

My PCP recommended I go see the office for an emergency situation. I got in same day with Dr Banarjee. She was extremely kind and considerate, being very sensitive to my pain and discomfort. I had to have an emergency surgery through them three days later. They have always been available to answer my questions, and have never made me feel like I am bothering them. The PA Andrea is exceptionally patient and has never rushed through a phone call. I have called several times and they have always returned my calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Benson is a fantastic surgeon and did a great job on my colon resection surgery. However, this office is disorganized. I have never been here that I have not had to wait at least 30 min past my scheduled appointment time. Theres always a large group of people sitting in the waiting room. There seems to be a problem with scheduling. This is the Lone Tree office where I have experienced these issues. I have not been to the other office.

This company is sending me e-mails asking for money. No date of service. No provider seen. No location where I was seen. No information regarding what service was provided. Nothing. The e-mail has an amount due and lists a location I've never been to for a company I've never heard of. I have no idea who they are. If they are _this_ bad at billing, imagine how bad they are at whatever medical service they provide.

Dr. Benson performed a large surgery for my mom. It was a very urgent procedure and he graciously fit her in even though he had a very busy schedule. It took several hours to complete the procedure which is tough as she is in her 80s. It's good to know she was in good hands. It's amazing how many of the hospital staff talked about how good Dr. Benson is. Comments like "if my mom had stomach problems I'd make sure Dr Benson did the surgery". He was always friendly and you can tell that he really cares. You can't ask for more than that! A very skilled surgeon with a great reputation who sincerely wants you to have the best possible outcome. And in the follow up after the surgery (my mom was in the hospital 9 days) he frequently stopped in to visit her, and also called me with updates. He has a good sense of humor and kindness in his mannerisms. I highly recommend Dr. Benson and give him the highest rate that I can. Truly a stand up sort of guy!
