      image I did not have a great experience my first time renting snowboarding boots the first guy didnt want to honor my reservation even though it was in the system, but someone else ended up helping me and I was able to get the boots unfortunately they were sized wrong and were too small bc the only other size up they had was too big, but they hurt my feet I could not even use the boots I had to use my boyfriends that were way too big, but at least didnt hurt my feet disappointed I spent money for boots I couldnt even use for my first time snowboarding. I wouldve gotten the boots that were bigger if the guy didnt tell me you want the boots as tight as possible.
