I went in to get a second storage unit with this facility that Ive been going to for years, including my family. I was promptly greeted by Bradley, and could not have had a better experience going through boring paperwork. He was informative, personable, and made the process easy. Highly suggest this facility and ask for Bradley to help with your needs!

We stored here for 2 years and 8 months. We were given a unit on the outside row of the facility facing Santa Fe Dr. The weather stripping at the base of the door deteriorated and compromised the seal. All of our property was covered in a fairly thick layer of grime. Fortunately, we had wrapped most of the furniture. Bradley, the new and current manager, secured a unit for us 2 doors down and we spent a couple of weekends cleaning everything off and moving it to the other unit. We were moving out of state so we had a timeframe to work within. Bradley was exceptionally helpful and professional and made the situation as right and painless as he could. Although hes extremely busy he stayed in touch with us throughout the process and communicated well. Bradley saved the day.
