StorQuest RV & Boat Storage

Previous tenant. Location was okay a best. When I first moved in the people in the local office were very rude, should have known at that point there would be issues. There are lots of rotting, rusted abandon looking vehicles in the lot, an about a year ago the front gate broke and was completely unlocked and could be pushed open by hand for weeks. This past month I called and cancelled my account, moved my vehicle out a day later, and was still charged 93 dollars despite not being in the lot, when I called I was given a non-sense explanation and told that I might or might not get a check back. Probably have to end up contesting the charge with my bank. I would recommend looking elsewhere, your stuff isn't secure here.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE THAT YOU DONT WANT STOLEN!!!!! My fathers camper has been broken into twice and his other trailer has been stolen and not recovered. The management is completely incompetent and useless when attempting to gain access to the security tapes and thats if you are lucky enough to get anyone on the phone. They refuse to work with local law enforcement when reports are filed and we are not the only ones with this problem. Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere else.

The space is dirt. Construction on area makes it hard to get in. Price increases for no improvements.

We stored our RV with Storquest last year and it was the easiest process! This year when we went back to them to store our RV again, they were very accommodating to our needs! Matt, especially, was really helpful working with us after we had a change of plans. Highly recommend this team for RV storage!

We had our enclosed trailer parked there for about 6 weeks, and it was stolen. Their security is non existant. The cameras do not work, and the gate codes are apparently given out freely. Management does not care.
