Our experience with Rich was one that will be difficult to put into words - that's how good he is. We started off our home sale process with another real estate agent, going through this daunting process for the first time in our lives. We knew something was off and decided to follow our gut and go with a different agent. Rich came HIGHLY recommended by our neighbors, who have used him numerous times in the past. We took a huge leap of faith switching agents the week after our home was listed, but it paid off in the end. I am sure we were challenging clients as well, because Rich had to take on all the shortcomings of our previous agent combined with our inexperience at selling a home for the first time. Rich is extremely talented and his attention to detail is unmatched. He was available whenever we needed him, answering our first-time seller questions with a great deal of patience and respect. He helped us tremendously as we moved out-of-state before the home sold. We felt so at ease leaving our home in Rich's hands and we immediately trusted him. And he never faulted or made us question his integrity, guidance, and knowledge in this field. His wife, Sue, was absolutely incredible to work with as well. She made sure everything was taken care of and often remembered things I forgot. Having experienced the services of another agent just prior to contracting with Rich, I can 100% attest to how much of a difference having someone like Rich and Sue make to ease the stress of the entire home sale process. They are rockstars! I would never use another real estate agent again if I had the choice and wish Rich was licensed in the state we moved to because we have yet to come across someone as knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
