They may have wonderful doctors, but you'll never get to see them because of the awful administrative and scheduling practices. They don't answer calls, return messages, or honor confirmed appointments. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

I want to preface this review by saying that Dr Logothetis is an astounding doctor and I would recommend her whole heartedly. Having said that this practices customer service and sleep lab are incompetent to a degree that I have not dealt with before with a medical practice. I was told I needed a sleep study in June of 2023 and they would reach out to schedule. After multiple attempts to get a hold of someone after not hearing from them I was finally able to get a study scheduled in November. In January after leaving multiple messages I actually went into the office and was told results take 12 weeks and would see results in late February. It is now the 12th of March and I have left 9 voice messages on the nurses, sleep labs, scheduling and receptionist voice mails in the last week, and to date have heard nothing. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Anyone wanna bet on whether I get my results before June 2024?

If I could give a negative star I would. Customer service is terrible. Ive been waiting 4 months for a follow up on a sleep study. They will lose your paper work, not follow up. After you take it upon yourself to follow up they will cancel your appointment. This has happened twice the day of. These people dont care about their patients. Worst experience Ive had with a doctors office.

Colorado Pulmonary Intensivists is a joke. Very unhelpful and unresponsive. These are life and death medical conditions.....Shame on this place!
