Great service! They were very responsive and helped us make changes to a tricky reservation when VRBO couldn't do anything. I highly recommend renting from Cohost!

Positives: Very nice overall. Lots of good amenities. Super close to where I needed to be for my conference. Very clean. Loved the coffee maker and filtered water. Easy access to everything I needed including groceries and restaurants. Negatives: The place absolutely reaked of cigarette smoke. I don't usually care that much about cigarette smell, but its honestly potent and very recent. I hope the previous guests were fined. I stayed here three nights and the internet didn't work for two of those nights. That isn't the host's fault, but it made my stay limiting because I couldn't watch TV.

The home was perfect for our needs; size, location, amenities, and gracious hosts! This was such a great experience for my first time being an Air BNB user. This home was the best place to create wonderful memories for our 1st blended family trip!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pine. This Airbnb is an exceptional home and accommodates large groups quite well. It has some very nice amenities, like the elevator, heated floors, multiple fireplaces & refrigerators, a large screen media room, beautiful scenery, etc. There were a few minor things that needed a little tlc, like the hot tub but was definately a pleasurable stay. In snow season, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is really a must on the 2-3 mile road that leads up to the house. We managed with a front wheel drive & tire chains, but definately had some setbacks like chains popping off etc.
