Wilder Community Preschool

Absolute best preschool!! The women that run this school, go above and beyond and truly love children and create such a magical experience for children. I cannot day enough about how amazing they are!! Your children will love it!!

This is a great community preschool! The teachers are very experienced, and provide a caring environment. They are fantastic at supporting play based learning in young children. The creative hands on experiences they provide are really impressive. I am so happy both of my kids were able to go here, and I love that I was able to participate in the classroom as well.

Wilder Preschool is a wonderful place for children. It's nationally accredited and the teachers have an average of 15 years experience with the school. They use the Creative Curriculum and the philosophy is learning through play and exploration. The kids get to do many hands-on activities like baking and gardening. The school benefits from being affiliated with the Wilder Elementary and being part of LPS. I have sons in their 3rd and 1st years in the school. Not only do the students benefit from learning from the teachers, but since the school is a parent participation school they get to interact with other adults and the parents get to spend some days with their kiddos in the classroom. While the school is not religion-based, it is held in a church next door to Wilder Elementary and the program gets to take advantage of several rooms, so the kids are confined to one room for their whole day.

Wilder Preschool was such an amazing school for our daughter and the perfect fit for our family. All of the teachers and staff are so loving and nurturing to the kids, they truly care and love being a part of their lives. Watching our daughter thrive in this play based environment was so wonderful. It made the transition from preschool to Kindergarten at Wilder Elementary (right across the parking lot) so much easier and much less overwhelming. I was so grateful to be able to volunteer as well so that we could be a part of their school family. It really is a wonderful place for children to learn & grow!

Wilder Preschool provides a great learning environment for my kids. It is play based and with the creative curriculum they use, the children learn while having fun. The exceptional and experienced teachers create a warm and nurturing environment for all children
