Ive been home all morning waiting for an important package that was already delayed once only to find a notice in my mailbox that they couldnt get ahold of me to deliver said package. This package does not require a signature and Brad, our wonderful mail carrier, never even bothered knocking on my door. USPS has got to be the laziest bunch of people around.

Love going to my local post office, it's nice they have everything here but the big problem is their automated letter machine is down which is a huge negative. They don't have this machine anywhere else which is a problem. So the line is super long. Kind of a waste of time but At least this is a real post office though and can help me out.... eventually.
Edit. You can't even call them. You talk to endless robots on the phone. For any mail issues you have to go in and wait in line.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall operation of this mail delivery service. While I understand that mistakes can happen and people are only human, the work ethic and behavior of this particular branch, including my individual carrier, have been completely unacceptable.
I find it frustrating that I cannot rely on my mail being delivered as expected. It seems like I spend three days a week commuting to the post office to rectify their mistakes or retrieve packages that were not delivered. It's disheartening that there is no alternative choice for mail delivery in this area.
If I ever have the opportunity to move, I will definitely make sure to choose a different jurisdiction, as the service here is simply that bad.

Theyve been returning our mail because they claim were not getting our mail. Our mailbox is literally empty. Theyre not even delivering packages and returning them, even though the packages dont fit in the mailbox and need to be delivered another way. Ive never dealt with this level of bad service from a USPS location. Weve filed a formal complaint. If youre having problems like this, you should too.
