Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy Littleton

I have a herniated disc in my lower back and did not want to have surgery as I've heard they can heal over time. Trevor was my physical therapist and was great at guiding my exercises based on my weekly progress. He was great at communicating any time I had questions. Though I know I have a long path to full recovery ahead of me, I am doing much better. I would highly recommend him and this facility.

.After 6 weeks working with Kelly, my knee is much stronger and no longer giving out. I would totally recommend RMSS and Kelly.

Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport provided excellent physical therapy. Trevor designed and guided my therapy sessions specifically for my situation. The small size of the facility provided a personal nature of treatment and produced immediate results and continuous improvement. Overall it was an excellent experience.

RMSS is fantastic! I made leaps and bounds of progress and am so satisfied with the care and training I got from Kelly. They have such kind and fun staff! I highly recommend.

Kelly helped me fix my neck and shoulder pain that were recent issues, as well as giving me remediation exercises to fix a 15 year old wrist problem. The whole crew here is pretty good at making the best of your time doing therapy, great fun-loving attitude.
