I loved every minute of my rental here the first time. The second time was an absolute nightmare. There was not a single human in sight when we got there and the place was entirely pitch black. We stumbled around to try to find lights to turn on and finally gave up. We contacted the lady we did the booking through and she stated they "didn't have the ability to turn on the lights bc they share with the other building space" which was bull because all the lights were on when we first rented the space a few months back. So we ended up leaving and not doing our session. Then when I contacted the manager the next day to get our money back he refused because in his words "a professional photographer won't need the lights on" and "we had been trouble in the past". So I'm adjusting my 5 star raving review to a 1 star. The first time we rented we even stayed after to help clean up not only our space but the other space someone had left a mess as well. Seriously thanks for not actually caring about your customers. I guess that's why your studio was completely empty the Saturday we went and why you couldn't afford to turn your lights on so much so that you needed to keep my rental money for the whole 3 minutes we were there. I have NEVER given anyone less then 4 stars in my 100+ reviews until now. I would highly recommend NOT using this studio!
