        I've been going here for over five years now and wanted to finally add my two cents worth. Dr. Zemke is absolutely amazing! I have difficult genetic eye issues, and sadly my kids inherited them so eye visits can be stressful. Dr. Zemke's knowledge and personality puts us all at ease! Everyone else here gives this office the perfect "small town" feel. I'm so grateful to have found them!

        Everyone at this office is amazing and friendly. They are always so willing to help. I highly recommend coming here for all your eyecare needs. If you end up having an issue with your glasses, this is definitely the place that will take care of their clients. I appreciate you guys so much!

        Disappointing from start to finish. Long wait time to be seen when I had a scheduled appointment, had to return because they forgot a measurement before they could order my glasses, glasses were not as expected when they arrived and there was no offer to do anything about fixing the problem. I will not be returning.

        Dr Zemke and his entire staff is fantastic. Great service. Great care. Awesome selection of frames! My previous eye doctor retired (Dr Bebber) and referred me to this practice and I have been pleased ever since! Thanks Insight Eyecare Center!

      Shaunda, first off, we are very sorry that you did not have a positive experience with our office. We are very proud of our great reputation in the community and always put our patients first. With regards to your long wait, you were in our office for a total of 44 minutes (from sign-in to sign-out). This includes your time with the technician, doctor and opticians. Your visit appears to have been a rather quick, efficient process according to our system. Making you return for the measurements was entirely our fault and we apologize for that. We DID however discuss exactly how your glasses would look at the time of ordering. Our optician even showed you color samples so you could see the lens color options. When they arrived, given your dislike for the color you chose, we did also offer to remake them for you. You declined this offer. We would still be more than happy to make any changes to the glasses you might want, or even provide you with a full refund. We simply want to make things right for you. Please reach out to us so we can work on finding a resolution.
