Told me over the phone I could bring in my own TPMS sensors and they'd install them. When I got there for my appointment, they backpedaled and said they could only program a certain brand of sensors that weren't mine, but that the dealer would program them for free. I told them to go ahead and put my new ones in. Well, I called the dealer afterwards and they quoted me $200, while an indy shop quoted me over $400. Now I have brand new OEM TPMS sensors in my tires that I can't use. Nice job!

Paid for an oil change. Said that fluid check and vacuum etc was included. Did not do either. Said on receipt that I declined these services. I did no such thing. Went back to have them finish, was told that the manager said they do NOT check transmission fluid on CVTs. Should have been told this before any service was performed. Went to Grease Monkey and they did it for free. Will never go back to Walmart for an oil change. Don't waste your time.
