Liane truly saved the day and is the only reason I have a home. When another lender quoted almost double in closing costs, I was ready to back out. Liane willingly took on my loan at the last minute and worked overtime to ensure I was still able to meet all my original closing deadlines at less than half the initial cost! Truly amazing! She is fair, honest, trustworthy and always has your best interest at heart. I couldn't recommend her more!

Liane and her team were so great all the way through the process. She was so patient addressing all my questions and worked to ensure I was prepared for each step of the mortgage process. Then at my closing, she provided a little care package. I couldn't fully understand the amount of thought she put into to the package until I walked into my new home for the first time and found that I had to use the restroom and wash my hands off. I about fell over with gratitude to find that in the package was a roll of TP, paper towels, and hand soap among many other wonderful useful items. The care package was reflective of how detailed Liane was all the way through a long process. She thought of everything and covered even more so I could be as comfortable and reassured throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring, and understanding person for the largest purchase of my life. Thank you so much Liane you made the process easy, comprehensible, and fun.
