I've worked with a few mortgage lenders and Shelby is by far the best! She helped navigate how to obtain a mortgage for a house we were purchasing without having contingencyon the sale of our previous home. She created very detailed spreadsheets with video explanations so we can understand the pros and cons of each scenario. When we suddenly found a house we loved at the last minute, she worked quickly and over the weekend to ensure we were ready with a competitive offer. When it came time to close, she was there ensuring everything went smoothly. Even our escrow officer was impressed, commenting she had never received the paperwork from a mortgage lender in such a timely manner. Throughout the entire process she was communicative and ensured I was informed about every detail. Shelby is extremely trustworthy and was crucial in helping us to obtain the house of our dreams.
